I feel lame but I need help

I need to draw more... I need to practice my animals REALLY BAD... Any ideas?

I also need to figure out how to start setting up my own website. If anyone wants to tutor me, that would be totally great. I'd like to figure out how to get a picture, skin, background for my journal. Any help is very much encouraged and welcomed.
